• Direct traffic and communicate detour routes to drivers with confidence and clarity.
• Set up and break down traffic control zones using PennDOT-compliant procedures.
• Maintain a safe environment for construction crews, pedestrians, and motorists.
• Work closely with your team to ensure each site runs smoothly and safely.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and traffic control procedures.
• Hands-on experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or flagging.
• Comfort using hand tools and working in physically active roles.
• A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Bonus if you have prior flagging certification or PennDOT experience!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
