Safety Sensitive Position

Responsibilities:

• Set up safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Communicate with your crew to keep everyone safe.
• Control traffic flow.
• Provide outstanding service and protection to customers.
• Receive continuous development and guidance.
• Protect the company's employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices.
• Develop relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities.
• Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup/design and professional flagging.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in outdoor labor settings such as Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator roles.
• 2+ Years Traffic Control Experience / ATSSA Certificate.
• TMA Driver certification.
• TCS Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with a client-based schedule.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Steel Toed or Composite Toed Boots.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day.
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions and in traffic.
• Must pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test.

• Valid AZ Driver's License with a motor vehicle report meeting company guidelines.
• Ability to read and write English.

Competitive Hourly Pay: $19.00

All positions requiring an individual to drive an AWP vehicle or be present at an AWP worksite are considered safety sensitive positions.
