We are seeking a Trader Voice Engineer to support the development, testing, and maintenance of trader voice systems in a high-performance financial services environment.
Job Description:
Test and Validate Systems:
Perform extensive lab testing on trader voice systems prior to production deployments. Simulate various call flows, endpoint configurations, and vendor solutions to validate functionality and performance.
Troubleshoot and Lead Resolutions:
Take ownership of troubleshooting efforts during lab work and when production issues arise. Collaborate with internal teams or third-party vendors to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Technical Documentation and Communication:
Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and results. Present testing outcomes to technical committees and stakeholders, explaining findings and recommendations clearly and professionally.
System Support and Optimization:
Support the configuration, analysis, and maintenance of trader voice infrastructure. Fine-tune certification plans and deployment designs as technologies or requirements evolve.
