Paralegal - Trademark Prosecution

Supporting a boutique high end law firm

Hybrid work schedule working onsite 1-2 days a week and remotely the rest.

Responsibility for large global trademark portfolios, including experience with filing and prosecuting applications, preparing and filing global title updates, including mergers, changes of name and assignments, assisting with global trademark opposition and enforcement actions. Trademark research, searches and reports using database and on-line search engines. Preparation of own correspondence to attorneys, clients and foreign associates. Trademark docketing. Special projects as required.

A base pay of $75K-$100K plus an excellent benefits package is offerred.
