Senior Recruitment Consultant | Finance, Operations, & Accounting

A top alternative asset manager specializing in fixed income and relative-value strategies is looking to bring on a new Senior Investment Operations Associate to their team.

Responsibilities

- Drive efficiency and innovation within the back office operations.

- Perform trade reconciliations and ensure smooth trade settlement.

- Create ad hoc analyses to support management decision-making.

- Collaborate with senior professionals on strategy and operational enhancements.

- Apply advanced accounting and financial knowledge across firm operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (GPA of 3.5 or above)

- 4-6 years of experience in hedge fund operations/accounting

- Preferred: Experience in fixed income, private exchange settlement, or legal document review.
