Tower Climber - Insync Staffing : Job Details

Allstates Consulting Services has an opening for a Wireless Construction Teams Tower and Civil in the following markets: Western, PA - 1 to 2 -3 man civil teams and 1- 3 man Tower teams. Work will be Michigan, OH, PA and some North East. Central North Carolina - 1 to 2 -3 man civil crews and 1- 3 man Tower teams . Work up into VA, MD and down into Georgia.Central down to Miami, Florida - 1 to 2 -3 man civil crews and 1- 3 man Tower teams. Work from Miami to central Florida. These are all full-time W2 positions with great potential for promotion and long-term employment. This work is kicking off in phases starting around the last week of September. Tower Climber positions require that you have previous experience with AT&T or T-Mobile and have a current NWSA TT1 or 2 certifications. All pay rates will be set according to position and experience. Tower Foreman must have at least 5+ years of experience climbing and have experience in New Site builds and L&A. Must have a valid driver s license and clean background check. Civil Foreman should have experience working around AT&T or T-Mobile Generator installs and basic construction experience to include grading, pouring concrete, basic maintenance, installing fencing etc. AND have experience doing all these things in and around wireless cell sites, small cell, roof tops and any place else wireless carriers can put a cell site. Laborers should have experience working around Wireless Construction sites to do all basic construction and installation work. If you re willing to cross train as a climber that would be great as well. All employees must be willing to do what it takes to get the job done! You may be installing conduit and electrical one day and doing concrete or grading work the next. You MUST be willing to travel Monday to Friday to start with and then up to 3 weeks at a time when work is in full swing. Company will pay Per-diem for meals an Hotel. Company trucks, tools and trailer are provided. Tower Foreman pay is $28 to $35 an hour Tower Climber pay is $22 to $26 an hour Civil Foreman pay is $28 to $31 an hourCivil Laborer Pay is $20 to $24 an hour All payrates are subject to a candidates experience, certifications and location. All positions must have a valid driver s license and clean background check. Must be willing to travel.
