For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, data management, experience in vendor management and be able to lead Annual Enrollment. This role is critical in ensuring the execution and operation of Rewards offers across the Americas.

This role will be reporting into the Americas HRSS organization as part of the Rewards Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Vendor Management & Implementations: Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with agreements, track performance, and resolve issues.
  • Project Management: Lead Annual Enrollment efforts for 20K+ employees
  • Strategic Analysis within Rewards Administration: Identify trends, actions and implement recommendations for improvement
  • Educate and Manage key stakeholders on compensation and benefit process and administration
  • Employee advocacy, Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making process and continuous improvement.
  • Manage Health & Welfare offers Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA and FSA, COBRA
  • Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to manage and analyze data efficiently.
  • Rewards and Payment Calculations: Develop and maintain accurate calculations for employee rewards and payments, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement employee centric communication plans regarding compensation and benefit programs.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization, payroll, HR Shared Services, HR Community, and other departments to ensure alignment.
  • Compliance: Ensure plans are administered and executed in alignment with federal, state and local regulations such as ERISA and HIPPA compliance. Ensure administration also aligns with internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and Excel proficiency.
  • Proven experience in the administration and application of legal requirements such as PICORI, ERISA, Non-Discrimination filings, ACA, HSA & FSA
  • 5 years of experience with benefit administration processes including tools and programming
  • Strong understanding of vendor management processes
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.

  • Familiarity with various HRIS systems such as Dayforce, Oracle and Service Now
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English
