Job Summary: Lead the automation testing team to design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Tricentis Tosca. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the automation testing team to design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Tricentis Tosca. • Proven experience in leading onsite/offshore teams with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication. • Develop and implement automation testing strategies, frameworks, and standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and develop automation solutions. • Strong expertise in Tosca automation tools: Tosca Commander, Test Case Design, Tosca API, Tosca TDM. • Ensure that the Tosca automation framework is maintained efficiently and can be reused across multiple projects. • Conduct code reviews and ensure that scripts developed by team members follow best practices for maintainability and performance. • Optimize automation scripts to enhance execution times and coverage. • Experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing automation frameworks using Tosca. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working within an Agile environment. • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple vendors and client stakeholders. • Prior experience in Travel and Hospitality Domain. • Expertise in client interaction and strong stakeholder management, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
