Operating Director Leadership Development Program ( Top Gun Program )

Location: Must be willing to relocate

Salary: $80,000 base + 20% quarterly profit share + full benefits

Training Pay: $1,000/week + all travel, meals, and lodging covered

Cornerstone Caregiving is offering a unique opportunity for ambitious early professionals to step into a leadership role and run their own branch through our Top Gun Program—a 5-week, immersive leadership development experience designed to prepare you for our Operating Director position.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage your own team
• Grow your market through in-person referral marketing
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and team operations
• Conduct in-home assessments and client relationship management
• Manage budgets, P&L statements, and drive profitability
• Shape a positive, high-performance office culture

What We Offer:

• $80K base salary + 20% profit share
• $1,000/week during training
• Fully covered travel, meals, and lodging for all 5 weeks

Program Overview (5 Weeks Total):

• Week 1: Founder-led training in Waco, TX
• Weeks 2–5: Field training under a top-performing Operating Director
• Final Presentation: Return to Waco for your final interview.
