Department Summary The Tech Opportunities Program (TOP) is a federally funded T - Ri. O program designed to serve first-generation, low-income students. This program provides wrap-around advising and holistic support for students in the TOP program. For additional information regarding the Tech Opportunities Program, please visit: Position Summary The TOP Advisor powers the potential of TRIO students at Oregon Tech by providing holistic and wrap-around advising support to a caseload of up to approximately 75 students. This position teaches student success seminar classes, coordinates Tech Opportunities Program (TOP) events, and manages student peer mentor staff. This position also collaborates cross-institutionally and community-wide with program stakeholders in referring program participants to services.
