HTI is hiring for a client in Anderson, SC. If youre a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in precision tooling and mold repair, this role is for you.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $35.77/hr
• Shift Premium: +$1.00/hr
• Shift: 2nd 1:30 PM10:00 PM

What youll do

• Keep injection molds and tooling auxiliaries in safe, reliable, production-ready condition with predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance
• Diagnose and repair molds during downtime; optimize mold performance and document improvements
• Plan PMs, reduce unscheduled downtime, and support OEE and cycle-time improvements
• Maintain parts inventory for injection molds and keep maintenance records current
• Collaborate with Injection Tool Room Leader, Process Techs, Maintenance, Quality, and HSE
• Support training for Level 1/2 maintenance; uphold HSE/LOTO best practices at all times

Your toolkit (must-have skills)

• Welding: TIG (and general welding proficiency)
• Mold repair (injection mold/tooling)
• Machining: Surface grinding, milling, and lathe operation
• Troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics domains; able to read/interpret technical documentation
• Computer literacy for CMMS/maintenance documentation and reporting

Nice to have

• 5+ years maintaining high-volume production equipment
• Exposure to robotics/automation and continuous improvement
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-focused mindset
