RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a Reliability Engineer - Tooling in our Evansville, Indiana facility!

What you Will do in Your Role

• Coordinate and work with equipment manufacturers and outside vendors to provide support to operations and maintenance to improve repair effectiveness
• Work with technicians and operators to identify and execute opportunities for improvement to the equipment to minimize downtime.
• Analyze downtime data to understand the items which create the largest losses and take action to reduce future downtime
• Manage the spare parts program and determine which parts need to be maintained to operate the facility
• Lead problem solving initiatives and train others in the facility to use a standard root cause analysis guide
• Own the Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR) and Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF) metrics for the tooling department

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial)
• Experience leading projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience with injection mold tooling, including tooling design, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair

What Will Put You Ahead

• Proven experience with electrical systems (24V DC – 480V AC) hydraulics, PLC's, HMI's and process controls
• Hands-on experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for planning, tracking, and reporting maintenance activities
• Background in injection molding or similar processes
• Demonstrated success in leading and supervising skilled technician teams in a skilled-work environment or reliability setting
