We're growing, we're global, and right now, we're looking for a passionate Injection Tooling and New Product Development (NPD) Lead to help shape the next generation of our Garden Furniture lineup. In This Role, You'll Have The Opportunity To: - Guide new product tooling projects from the spark of an idea all the way into full production. - Collaborate with global teams, designers, marketing experts, and operations leaders to bring ideas to life. - Evaluate design simulations to ensure each tool and part is efficient and production-ready. - Travel to vendors and support tool trials - you'll see your work in action. - Champion preventative maintenance programs and manage repair timelines to keep production running smoothly. - Solve real problems with root cause analysis and drive safety, quality, and process improvements. - Lead projects that make a difference using 5S, FMEA, and other lean tools. - Own and evolve the ECN process to ensure design and production updates are clean, clear, and controlled. Requirements What You Need To Succeed: - Proficiency in SolidWorks and design simulation tools like Mold Flow or FEA. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. - Skilled at managing projects and timelines - from small fixes to major launches. - Experience in diagnosing issues and building long-term solutions. - Familiarity with tooling equipment (CNC, EDM, mills, lathes, etc.). Required Education and Experience: - High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. - At least 10 years experience in injection tooling, tool design/build, or managing a tool room in a manufacturing environment. - Clear and professional communication with domestic and international vendors. - Journeyman Tool & Die Maker certification is a strong plus, but not required.
