Now hiring a Tool Room Machinist Tech to manage all aspects of toolroom operations. This hands-on role involves maintaining injection molds, machining components, performing repairs , and collaborating with Design and Engineering teams. Must have 5 years' experience with molding tools and be skilled in operating mills, lathes, and grinders. Provide directions, instructions, and guidance to the assistant mold technician\ndaily.\n 2. Make sure that all tools and toolroom machines are in good working conditions.\n 3. Conduct preventive maintenance on injection tooling.\n 4. Ability to perform tool core changes, cavity changes, and replace\nthermocouples, tips, and O-rings.\n 5. Perform tooling repair in the tool room when necessary.\n 6. Must be able to polish molds, as necessary.\n 7. Work with Engineering to resolve tooling issues.\n 8.
