Staffmark is hiring a Tool Polisher in Baxter, MN! Join a skilled machining team supporting fiberglass and rotational molding clients. In this role, you'll prep, polish, and inspect machined or cast aluminum tools using both manual techniques and powered equipment - while maintaining ISO-certified quality standards. Pay: $20-$22/hr (based on experience) Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do Prep and clean tooling surfaces for finishing Polish, grind, and smooth aluminum surfaces using tools and machinery Inspect parts for accuracy and consistency; refinish as needed Operate polishing and deburring equipment safely Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Record work completed and report any defects or corrections What We're Looking For Experience in metal finishing/polishing Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and polishing machines Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to stand...Polish, Polishing, Manufacturing, Staffing, Benefits
