TOOL/MOLD DESIGN ENGINEER - Personnel Services : Job Details

Design and engineer custom tools, molds, fixtures, and plant equipment for precision urethane and machined components. Perform detailed engineering calculations to optimize tool and mold performance. Oversee the fabrication and testing of prototypes to validate design specifications. Maintain and update CAD drawings for molds, parts, and fixtures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative solutions. Work with manufacturing management using Solid. Works CAD to design customer tooling and components. Provide engineering guidance to support sales, estimating, and manufacturing during project estimating. Provide technical support and guidance to the production team. Monitor and improve the performance of existing tools and molds through continuous improvement initiatives.
