Tool Maker / Tool Grinder - Willing to Train! - Acutec Precision Aerospace : Job Details

Manufacture specialty cutting tools for the aerospace/power generation industries using state of the art CNC grinding and inspection equipment. This position is for night shift (Sunday night through Friday morning, 10:00 PM 6:30 AM), but you will be trained on days. Requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Operate Windows based five axis tool and cutter grind machine (ANCA). Manufacturing of cutting tools Use ERP system to log in and out of jobs for setup and run time. Use inspection equipment to measure all features of cutting tools. Laser Marking to etch tool information on each tool. Communicate with team lead and/or management on needs within the department. Key Roles:Manufacture cutting tools to support production. Adjust program and grinding process to maximize quality and efficiency and perform complex setups with minimal direction and supervision.
