The Tool & Die Technician plays a crucial role in the manufacturing industry, specializing in the design, fabrication, and repair of precision tools and dies used in production processes. Key Responsibilities:

Tool Design and Fabrication:

• Develop and create blueprints and prototypes for new tools and dies.
• Utilize CAD software for designing tools that meet production requirements.
• Tig Welding and Hand Working Welded

Machining Operations:

• Operate and maintain various machine tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Ensure tools are machined to precise specifications and tolerances.

Tool Repair and Maintenance:

• Inspect tools for wear and damage, performing necessary repairs.
• Implement a regular maintenance schedule to prevent tool failure.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with engineering teams to understand tool specifications.

Quality Assurance:
