Tool & Die Maker - LMT Mercer Group : Job Details

Job Summary: Tool and Die Maker - use computer assisted design (CAD) software to create designs and turn those designs into blueprints for the actual tools and dies. Responsibilities:

• Make adjustments to the machine to control speed, material feed and path of the cut.
• Make sure the machines are set up properly, working well, and producing quality product.
• Look at the finished product to ensure it is defect-free and ready for the next step in production.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience building plastic injection molds.
• Must be an expert at milling, grinding
• EDM to close tolerances.
