Tool & Die Maker; 1st shift 6AM-2:30PM M-F; $32/hour - Stanley Black & Decker : Job Details

As a Tool & Die Maker, you'll be part of our Manufacturing team in Elyria, OH. You'll get to:Make tools and dies to specifications using tool steel and carbide and including grinding, heat-treating, lapping and other tool making related operations. Set up and operate all equipment necessary to perform above functions. Fabricate jigs and fixtures and special tools, such as: broaches, radius tools, drills, cutters and Lapps. Hold close tolerances, by using precision measuring instruments and hand tools. Assemble, repair and rebuild tools, dies, and fixtures to specifications. Assist in maintenance repair work.
