Facilitate company strategies for MRO management. Match receivable parts to packing slip and purchase order. Process paperwork according to documented processes, including scanning packing slips. Conduct daily receipts in SAP and Coupa (notify requestor for non-stock parts through phone & e-mail)Communicate with suppliers as required. Obtain RMA numbers from suppliers as needed. Initiate MSO's and prepare items for shipment as required. Facilitate daily restocking of main storeroom & satellite storeroom parts. Work with Accounts Payable to resolve payment exceptions. Communicate via email to complete receiving process. Perform physical inventory of parts & supplies when required. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts. Retrieve parts at the request of maintenance people at the front counter. Escort people who require entry into the Toolcrib.
