Overview

Rosenblatt Securities is expanding its Capital Markets team and is seeking senior-level candidates to join our entrepreneurial team and help lead our rapidly expanding TMT and FinTech Capital Markets effort.

A minimum of five-years of sell-side capital markets experience required. More experience and TMT experience is preferred.

This position is based in our NYC headquarters with a Monday and Friday WFH. Our work environment is family-friendly, offers schedule flexibility, PTO time, and promotes work-life balance. Salary is $200K-$300K based on experience with bonus eligibility based on deal activity.

The business is on track to at least double this year with the growing reputation in the marketplace of our TMT research platform and its expansion, as well as our focus on capital markets in the last two years, which has led to participation in a number of offerings.

Responsibilities

• Call upon C-level executives, founders and their boards/investors to win Rosenblatt mandates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential IPOs and new listings, both near and long-term
• Keep up to date on industry developments
• Manage the development and maintenance of pitch materials and deal activity
• Attend key conference and industry events
• Cultivate strong relationships with the research team to understand their industries and stock coverage while following supervisory procedures that ensure research independence

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience and Values

• Bachelor's Degree required; Finance or related majors a plus; Graduate/Professional Degree and/or CFA a plus
• Active licenses Series 79, SIE and 7 required
• Five or more years' experience working in or leading a capital markets unit at a bank or broker, including significant experience with C-level and Board executives (TMT experience a plus)
• Collaborative approach to work; ability to operate independently and as part of a broader team
• Problem-solving, positive attitude; results-oriented and motivated
• Strong risk management skills and a culture of compliance
