Title 1 Paraprofessional - One Day a Week - LITCHFIELD PUBLIC SCHOOLS : Job Details

Lake Ripley Elementary in Litchfield, Minnesota seeks a part time. Title I paraprofessional for the 2025-2026 school year. This would be one day a week (Fridays) at 5.75 hours/day. Generally speaking it would be 8:15-2:30. The ideal applicant is one who has enthusiasm and passion for supporting students and promoting high academic standards. The successful candidate will: -Show initiative, knowledge of reading skill sets and best practices with students. -Reinforce reading skills while working with students in a small group or one to one. -Progress monitoring of individual students. -Promote positive behaviors, confidence, and respect in students. -Obtain The Para. Pro certification required (district will help attain if needed). Litchfield I. S. D. 465 is located 1 hour west of the Twin Cities Metro Area and is a member of the Wright County Conference.
