The City of Seattle is seeking an experienced Tire Professional to support a wide variety of essential equipment for the City of Seattle. The successful candidate will be ready and willing to work on whatever is in need - from a fire truck to a police car to a crane. Because an emergency can happen at any time, this position may require weekend and evening paid on-call duty flat tire support. You are encouraged to apply if you have any light or heavy-duty tire experience, additional training will be provided. After 6 months, you will be eligible for additional specialized training including an opportunity to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

This position is classified as a Civil Service, regular. It is Civil Service represented, FLSA non-exempt and is eligible for overtime. The full range for this step-progression position is $33.41 - $36.06 per hour.
