What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage day-to-day client and service activities to support Life and Disability Benefits
- Develop strategic initiatives for clients to enhance business growth and streamline processes
- Lead the RFP process for Time Away and Life Solutions, including development and analysis
- Support new client implementations and contribute to the strategic direction of the PEO vertical
- Coordinate activities between Structured Portfolio Solutions and other related areas
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of consulting or relevant Corporate Benefits experience, or 5+ years of carrier life and disability experience
- Previous experience building vendor relationships with national carriers in Time Away, Life, and Disability
- Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage projects
- High level of analytical thinking and decision-making based on sound business logic
- Ability to travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Health, Life, and Variable Annuities License
- Experience with Professional Employer Organizations is a plus
