Tile- Sample Line Operator- D shift - Mohawk Industries : Job Details

Dal-Tile is seeking a full-time Sample Line Operator on night shift. 6pm-6amMajor Functions:* Helps to maintain a safe, healthy and organized working environment for all areas.* Ensures all safety protocols throughout the plant are adhered too.* Follows the Quality Management System, which is certified to ISO 9001:2008 for operations.* Safely collect tile samples in a verity of sizes from the exit of the Kiln.* Measure for size and appropriately mark each tile.* Sort samples via glaze lines.* Transport via tricycle to matching glaze line pre-shade board.* Display samples according to procedure.* Transport samples to other departments as needed.* Performs general maintenance on assigned equipment.* Monitors equipment and/or processes and ensures timely reporting of any unusual problems to supervisor.* Follows company operating procedures and guidelines.* Performs other related duties as required.
