TikTok Specialist Greenville, NC - HILL Woltron Management Partner GmbH : Job Details

We're looking for a TikTok Coordinator to support the entirety of our short-form team here at MrBeast. They will be working directly with our Vertical Creative and Production teams, helping with everything from ideation to execution. This would be an entry-level role, with opportunities to learn and grow with the team.

Our ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They will be in touch with what's trending, and be able to research, categorize and deliver the data behind it. They will use that data for ideation, pitching, and helping in every step of production to create viral short-form content.

• Researching what's trending and create a weekly trend analysis document.
• Using that data and analysis to assist in ideation and pitching of viral short-form video concepts.
• Working directly to assist in all aspects of production, including securing people, props, locations, travel accommodations, branding, production logistics, mockups, and anything needed for a smooth production.
• Assisting with calendar management, emails with creators and brands, and any day-to-day tasks supporting the team.

• In touch with internet culture, and able to research and understand the data behind it.
• Heavily organized with excellent communication skills.
• Observant and able to prioritize tasks and take the initiative to get things done.
• A willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• A passion for YouTube and making the BEST content in the world.
