• Build events in our ticketing systems (Ticketmaster, AXS, Tessitura, and more)
• Double-check every ticket setup so it's flawless before we go live
• Communicate with promoters and tour reps about ticketing needs
• Generate daily ticketing reports and help track inventory
• Help answer customer questions - with a smile (even over the phone!)
• Assist with ticket sales during events, both onsite and offsite
• Troubleshoot issues and help keep our systems running smoothly
• Be a team player who helps make every show-day operation a success
