Responsible for greeting guests and scanning guest tickets, managing guest access issues, and escalating to a supervisor/manager when appropriate Operate ticket scanners, printers, other equipment as needed Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty. Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules. Refuse admittance to undesirable persons or persons without correct tickets or passes Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity or designation, using criteria such as seating location, color or date issued, and direct appropriately WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Required: Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy. A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
