Ticket Sales Agent - Snow Valley - Big Bear Mountain Resort : Job Details

Agents will engage with guests selling and redeeming product(s) at our ticket windows. Agents answer questions and provide information about products, pricing, and promotions. This position is located at Snow Valley in Running Springs. Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES - At least sixteen (16) years old. Cash handling experience preferred. Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude. Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests. Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manuals. Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and timeliness.
