Job Objective: To lead and oversee all operations of the Dodge City Thrift Store, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers, optimizing sales, and adequately managing donated inventory. The Store Manager plays a crucial role in team development, upholding quality standards, and fostering customer loyalty, following The Salvation Armys standards and applicable laws. Works closely with the Corps Officer to ensure the store aligns with The Salvation Army's mission, vision, and values.
