Reports to: Corps OfficerSupervises: Thrift Store StaffStatus: Full Time NonexemptFunction: To oversee and manage the overall operations of the Corps thrift store, including supervising staff and volunteers, employee evaluations for paid staff, receiving and receipting in-kind donations, managing cash funds and deposits, overseeing the thrift store's social media page, and presenting at monthly advisory board meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good customer relations and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Manage sorting, sizing, pricing, and hanging of donated clothing items.
• Manage sorting and pricing of other in-kind donations and coordinate sales.
• Oversee ragging of unsellable clothing items.
• Oversee receiving and sorting of other unsellable in-kind donations.
• Attend all required meetings and conferences.
• Ensure the facility is clean and presentable.
• Prepare and present monthly reports to the advisory board.
• Manage store cash register operations and train new employees.
• Perform any other job-related activities as deemed necessary by the corps officer(s).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Retail experience
