In this role, you will be responsible for growing a well-established practice through identification of new clients and opportunities and developing talent to support the successful execution of these projects. Markets served will include aviation, healthcare, higher education, federal, mission critical, advanced manufacturing and more. Your project portfolio is expected to feature central utility plants, cogeneration, thermal distribution systems and thermal energy networks that produce and distribute reliable, sustainable and cost-effective energy to large facilities and campuses. Your primary responsibilities will include market strategy, business development, client interactions, proposal development and project execution. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to develop innovative and compelling thermal utility design solutions that provide exceptional market value. Experience in consulting, design, design management and project management will be highly regarded, as will operational leadership experience.
