Physical Therapist Opportunity Future Clinic Director Role

Position Overview:

Were seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist who is passionate about outpatient orthopedics and ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers a clear path to becoming Clinic Director, with leadership development and profit-sharing opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Manage a caseload of 1720 patients per day
• Work in an open-gym concept facility with private treatment rooms
• Contribute to clinic operations and leadership (Clinic Director track)

Work Schedule:

• MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
• One late day per week until 6:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Utah (or eligible)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
• Strong leadership potential and interest in clinic management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $90,000$110,000, depending on experience
• Profit-sharing opportunity for Clinic Director candidates
