• Shift: Days 8:00am -5:00pm Mon-Fri
• Minimum Education: Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy.
• New grads welcome to apply! Accepting all levels of experience.
