Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMSW)

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMSW) to join our dynamic behavioral health team in an established FQHC facility in West-Central Missouri. Youll become part of a supportive group of nine other therapists who value collaboration, mutual respect, professional growth, and teamwork. Our clinicians work together to provide high-quality care, consult with one another on complex cases, and foster a positive, collegial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who thrives in a collegial, collaborative setting with the flexibility of hybrid work.

Position Highlights

• Work-Life Balance: 40-hour workweek: 36 patient-facing clinical hours + 4 admin/telehealth hours performed remotely from home
• Balanced Caseload: Maintain a balanced caseload: 27 sessions/week, 1-hour blocks
• Mixed Patient Panel: Mix of adults and children (ages 6+)

Qualifications

• LMSW, PLPC, LCSW or LPC
• Licensed in the state of Missouri or ability to obtain licensure
• Masters in social work or counseling, Marriage and Family Therapists
• Open to candidates with all levels of experience
