This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality orthopedic and vestibular care.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and vestibular conditionsManage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with an average caseload of 1214 patients per dayProvide follow-up care, including double-booked visits for maximum efficiencyMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomesQualifications:Active Physical Therapist license in Maryland (or willing to obtain)Outpatient experience preferredNew graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to applyMust commit to full duration of assignmentStrong communication, time management, and clinical decision-making skillsAdditional Details:No weekend, on-call, or holiday coverage requiredNo floating to other clinicsOvertime (OT) must be pre-approved by the clinic directorOT rates apply after 24 daily or 40 weekly hours (based on multiplier)Start your travel therapy journey in scenic Elkton, Marylandnestled near the head of the Chesapeake Bay with a blend of small-town charm and convenient access to major cities like Philadelphia and Baltimore.
