Through Lifepoint Behavioral Health 24 behavioral health hospitals and numerous contract management and joint venture partnerships with hospitals and providers across the country, Lifepoint Behavioral Health offers programs designed to address the unique needs of various patient populations, including adolescents, adults and geriatrics. How you'll contribute

TheTherapistprovides individual, group, and family psychotherapy to patients dealing with psychiatric and substance abuse challenges. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based counseling, actively participating in treatment planning, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation. The Therapist fosters effective communication with patients, families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care and treatment goals. This role also involves collaborating closely with physicians and utilization review staff regarding treatment progress and length of stay.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure required.
• Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• Current unencumbered (LCSW) clinical license per state of practice guidelines.
• CPR and Handle with Care certified within 30 days of employment. May be required to work flexible hours.
