Job Summary

Our therapists work as an integral part of interdisciplinary care teams in providing holistic, personalized treatment programming to patients and families. Therapists foster a culture of compassion and care at our treatment centers, an environment where patients are able to build the trust, rapport, insight and skills they need to live free from alcohol and other drugs.

• Practice alongside recognized experts
• Strengthen your clinical skills in a safe, supportive environment
• Make a direct, lasting difference in the lives of patients struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
• Learn and grow on the job by participating in continuing education webinars, attending in-service programs, and interacting with our nationally recognized thought leaders
• Work with clinical innovators in addiction treatment field
• Lead groups

Requirement

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Valid state license or associate pre-license to practice as a Therapist. MFT, PCC or MSW.
• Experience in crisis management and patient care
• Strong understanding of mental health counseling techniques and theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
