This is a full-time on-site role for a Therapist located in Silver City, NM. The Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services, including individual and group counseling, assessment and diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and mental health education. The Therapist will collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and maintain accurate and timely patient records.

• Assessment and Diagnosis, Treatment Planning skills
• Proficiency in providing individual and group counseling
• Crisis Intervention and Mental Health Education skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with other healthcare providers
• Experience in maintaining accurate patient records
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• State licensure or certification as a Therapist
• Experience in a clinical setting is a plus
