Licensed Social Work Therapist - Bond health staffing : Job Details

Position: Licensed Social Work Therapist

Location: Woodside, NY

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 hours/day (between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Type: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial and mental health assessments
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Handle crisis intervention and care management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Facilitate outreach and engagement services
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality

Requirements:

• LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC (NYS license required)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in mental health
• Bilingual in English & Spanish required
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of HIV/AIDS, substance use, harm reduction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and telehealth platforms
