Your day as a Therapist I-II As a Part-Time Therapist I-II at Wasatch Behavioral Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering both direct and indirect clinical services. You will develop and supervise comprehensive treatment programs for clients, facilitating individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions that address a range of behavioral health disorders, personal challenges, and domestic violence issues. You'll manage your own caseload while providing training and consultation to various stakeholders, including families and organizations. Your responsibilities will also include conducting intake assessments, gathering psycho-social histories, and completing essential documentation. Additionally, you will participate in family-team meetings, assist with developing permanency plans, and conduct discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. You'll engage with multiple entities, such as courts and state agencies, acting as a vital liaison to coordinate resources for clients and facilitate smooth transitions to aftercare programs.
