What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree, Doctorate preferred
  • Valid Physical Therapist license in your practicing state
  • Completed state-regulated CEUs
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Familiarity with EMR software preferred
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • Dedication to patient success, both individually and as a team member

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document patient care data according to regulations and guidelines.
  • Prepare for evaluations by obtaining patient history and relevant knowledge of diagnoses.
  • Conduct assessments and synthesize results to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their support systems.
  • Administer treatments and interventions that align with best practices.
  • Manage and mentor support staff to enhance patient outcomes.
