Job Description

Universal News Today is seeking a strategic Vice President to join our executive leadership team. The Vice President will work directly with the CEO to shape the brand's future, oversee daily operations, and drive business growth. This role requires a strong leader comfortable with strategic planning and hands-on execution across content, operations, partnerships, and audience development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, engagement, and brand positioning.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations across editorial, digital, social media, video, and partnership teams.
  • Content Strategy: Guide content development to ensure consistent voice, journalistic integrity, and relevance.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new revenue streams such as partnerships, sponsorships, branded content, merchandise, events, and subscriptions.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, media outlets, and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead department heads and staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and insights to inform strategies.
