We are hiring cleaning staff for a seasonal resort team in Delaware's tourist coastal area. The company manages multiple hotels, and transportation to each hotel is provided by the employer.

• Participate in on-the-job training to understand responsibilities.
• Clean vacant resort premises, including kitchens, bathrooms, making beds, vacuuming, mopping, and other duties as necessary.
• Work in teams to clean 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom to 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation homes with full kitchens.
• Review company safety, rules, and policies via the employee handbook.
• Maintain daily communication through team group text messaging.
• Have your cell phone on at all times during work.
• Rotate through various work sites as assigned.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Average Hours per Week: 32

• Cost: $150/week per person
• Housing: 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom units with 6 beds, shared kitchens and common areas
• Facilities: WiFi, washer, and dryer included
• Housing Policy: Co-ed bedrooms separated by gender, with up to 2 participants per bedroom and 4 per bathroom
