Testing Lab Specialist - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 9; Technician(s) will perform mechanical and functional testing independently under the input from a research and testing engineer. Testing will support design characterization, verification, risk assessment and supplier changes of orthopedic implants and instrumentation. This includes communication with multiple disciplines, knowledge of mechanical testing apparatus/methodology, and data reporting. Independently execute mechanical testing to assess functional requirements of implants and instruments. Perform mechanical testing such as fatigue, endurance, static testing, tensile testing, corrosion testing, and load to failure. Prepares test specimens and performs laboratory experiments per provided protocols (Instron, MTS). Analyze data and using statistical analysis. Writes reports and documents test results and procedures. Maintains laboratory records.
