The Test2 Don't Apply position is designed for individuals with a strong background in capital equipment sales within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. The primary objective of this role is to leverage sales engineering skills to enhance communication and telephony solutions, while ensuring compliance and meeting client needs in the life sciences sector.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
• Provide sales engineering support for capital equipment and telephony solutions.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
• Review quotes for compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to potential clients.
• Administer after-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize networking and communication skills to promote products and services effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demands.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business.
• Experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP, telephony systems, and networking principles.
• Familiarity with software engineering concepts, particularly C++ and embedded systems.
• Valid Wisconsin Fire and Casualty License is preferred.
• Proven track record in acquiring and retaining clients through effective account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in video conferencing and client meetings.
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products is a plus.
