In this role, you'll work with advanced electronic and mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across teams to keep operations running smoothly.What You'll Do

• Interpret test plans, work orders, schematics, and wiring diagrams to prepare for each project.
• Perform functional testing on systems, subassemblies, and components under varying environmental conditions (temperature, vibration, pressure, humidity).
• Calibrate and maintain testing instruments to ensure accuracy.
• Set up and operate equipment such as signal generators, frequency meters, DC power supplies, and spectrum analyzers.
• Monitor measurements (voltage, frequency, distortion, inductance, capacitance) and compare results to product specifications.
• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and assist in repairs or documentation for rework.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve processes.
• Verify mechanical dimensions and tolerances for precision parts.
• Create or adapt custom test setups for unique or returned products.

What You Bring

• Associate degree in electronics, mechatronics, or related field; or equivalent technical/military training and experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
