Job Description

The Test Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all test-related activities supporting a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Air Operations Center (AOC) Program. Responsibilities include overseeing test plans, procedures, reports, deficiency tracking, and resolution activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a Test & Evaluation Program Plan (TEPP) outlining test concepts and objectives.
  • Create test procedures for formal test events aligned with the TEPP.
  • Verify that AOC systems and their integration meet customer requirements.
  • Support Functional and Physical Configuration Audits (FCA/PCA).
  • Lead Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) to assess test objectives, methods, scope, safety, and resource readiness.
  • Prepare documentation for testing phases in collaboration with technical writers/support personnel.
  • Develop procedures for System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and lead tests domestically and internationally.
  • Investigate and track deficiencies and anomalies, propose closure plans, and conduct regression testing as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the program team to resolve failures and maintain internal tracking systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Minimum Requirements

    • Active Secret security clearance.
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • At least 5 years supporting DoD/military programs.
