Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead their PAC-3 team as a Test Engineering Associate Manager. In this role, you will develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot test-related issues, and mentor your team to ensure the quality and reliability of electronic systems and components.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily priorities for the team to meet the schedule demands of multiple programs ensuring the site is successful meeting contract deliveries with a focus on quality, cost, efficiency, and site improvements.

Ensure TE support coverage for all shifts.

Mentoring the team as needed through test failure investigations, identifying root cause and effectively communicating with product leads to ensure preventive measures are in place.

Coordinate with the Program engineering offsite support to ensure engineering coverage and communicating issues needing corrected to support production needs.

Provide team guidance, performance review, support goal setting, and direct report coaching.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Experience with common electronic test equipment

Ability to effectively troubleshoot root cause for system level failures

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Must be a U.S. citizen

Ability to obtain a secret clearance
